Why see Jerry Seinfeld?

The One And Only Jerry Seinfeld

Arguably one of the greatest comedians of his time, Jerry Seinfeld has been entertaining audiences with his witty observations of the mundane little wrinkles of life since he stepped up to the mic in 1976. Graduating from a gruelling 300 stand-up shows a year, he turned his material into what would become his crowning achievement, leading quirky characters Elaine, George and Kramer to certified comedy gold in the smash-hit sitcom Seinfeld.

When the show came to a close after a glorious 10 year run in 1998, the gifted entertainer returned to his stand-up roots and continues to tour, while also starring in his Netflix series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.

Seinfeld's Style

Seinfeld's lasting appeal is credited to his astounding observational skills, as well as avoiding coarse language, dirty jokes or politics, so that his material holds a truly timeless quality. A key theme of his jokes are found in detailing personal relationships and uncomfortable social obligations that we can all sympathize with! Today he continues to polish his skills with his extensive tours of the US and Canada.

Was happily surprised

My fiancée and I just saw Jerry at the Borgata in Atlantic City. I never watched The Seinfeld Show on TV, I did see a few episodes and thought Kramer was the best. Not really knowing what to expect I found myself laughing through the entire show and not wanting it to end. The way he makes the obvious so funny is a talent few have. He's brilliant in that he doesn't need crude language or political hits to seal his brand of humor. Thank you, awesome show and worth every dollar. ... Read more

Seinfeld was amazing!

Jerry was at the top of his game last night. Non stop laughter. The best part was Jerry not once used politics/racial humility in his routine. That was refreshing. It should serve as a testament to other comedians that you can be extremely funny without abrasive subjects. Jerry kept the mantra of the Seinfeld Series alive. A lot of humor about nothing at all, just hilarious. He was genius. His opening act not so much. The opening act copied a bit from George Carlin's material. That's called plagiarism, The downside of the evening was the Tucson Music Hall was not a good place for this event or any event for that matter. The design of the main floor was atrocious, the sound system was inadequate. My 28th row seat from stage all I could barely hear was an echo from the cheap speakers they had up front by the stage. Come on really?! One would think management should know this flaw. Thankfully, Skip got up and complained and they then gave us both head phones that saved the show for us ... Read more
